Um, what is a coaching intensive?
Think of it as healing in hyper-speed. Instead of months of “so, how are you feeling this week?” small talk, we dive straight into the subconscious and body where your trauma has been squatting rent-free. One day. Big shift. Zero bullshit.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If your self-help bookshelf is full of “more of the same,” if you’re tired of hitting therapy plateaus, if you’re secretly Googling “why am I still stuck?” at 2 a.m., then you’re ready.

How is this different from therapy?
Unfortunately, therapy is not always as effective as it could be because of insurance, unclear expectations, or confusion about the process. Consequently, therapy ends up being a venting session. With trauma-informed coaching, you know what you came to me for: rewiring the brain using somatic tools. My approach is to get underneath the story and into the body, where your nervous system has been stockpiling trauma receipts since childhood.
Who are intensives for?
Spiritual seekers who’ve done the work, tried all the things (therapy, retreats, plant medicine), and still feel stuck. So, if you’ve “done the work” and still feel blocked, congratulations, you’re the perfect fit.
What is Brainspotting?
It’s not hypnosis. It’s evidence-based but it can be woo-woo too, which is why it’s perfect for coaching (especially if you’re into past lives, reconnecting with loved ones that have passed, and generational trauma). It’s a trauma-informed modality that uses eye positions to access the subconscious junk your brain and body have been hoarding. Imagine finally finding the “delete” button for those survival patterns you’ve been recycling since forever. That’s Brainspotting.
What can I expect from intensives?
Obviously no one can promise results because they vary. But, here’s what often happens:
Patterns that used to drag on for years in therapy or mindset coaching can potentially shift in a single session or series of sessions.
