Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or crisis support and therefore does not initiate a therapist-client relationship; nor is it a solicitation to offer psychotherapy services. Brainspotting techniques are used for resourcing and embodiment work, not trauma processing. If clinical needs arise, referrals will be provided. Additionally, if I have a prior relationship with you as your therapist or behavioral health provider, I am not able to serve as your coach.
