Coaching & Trauma Intensives

I specialize in supporting high-functioning, intuitive, and spiritually aware people who have already started something meaningful and want help embodying it.

Live with more presence, clarity, and self-trust

What is embodiment coaching?

This coaching strategy addresses the whole nervous system, mind, body, and spirit. This ensures that transformation actually sticks. Embodiment work is slow and gentle because integration takes time.

The Enough Already: Embodiment Method offers a grounded container for integrating the insights and intuition you already have, helping you to make identity shifts without unraveling you.

You keep asking yourself, “Why am I not further along?”

That’s because insight without embodiment can leave your nervous system more activated.

Your brain might be treating the transformation insights and body work as threats because you haven’t integrated them.

This makes you vulnerable to living on repeat with those toxic patterns you’re working so hard to break.

We all have integration gaps that keep us stuck, cycling in our healing journeys.

Because self-awareness is only the beginning

  • A woman with dark hair and has her eyes covered by hands with rings, covering her face from the nose up.

    You've done the therapy

Maybe you thought talk therapy would help solve your problems, but you ended up with a depression diagnosis and meds that keep you up at night. That wasn’t quite what you were looking for, even if it was helpful.

Maybe you were doing fine, but something triggered an old wound that you thought was healed. Now what?

  • Busy train station with travelers walking and ascending escalators, signs for London Travel Information, and signs for the London Underground.

    You've done the self-awareness work

Maybe you’ve tried more than talk therapy, like energy work, plant medicine, psychedelics, or other somatic modalities. It all helped and yet you find yourself feeling like you should be further along. So, you do what any normal high-functioning person would do, and you seek out a new, more intense, healing modality.

  • A woman in a white dress lying on a body of water, surrounded by floating flowers and leaves.

    You've done the spiritual work

Maybe you’ve uncovered why you learned to hide or avoid your uncomforable feelings. Or maybe being vulnerable has never been safe because having struggles makes you weak, so you hide it, even from yourself.

Perhaps what you’ve learned in your healing journey has been beautifully life-changing, and yet, it’s not enough.
